Musical dancing fountain Panagyurishte

We are extremely proud and grateful that we at AQUATEC had the honor to build the first musical dancing fountain of its kind in Bulgaria. The water attraction, which has no analogue in Bulgaria, will delight the residents and guests of the historic city Panagyurishte..

The fountain is located near "Arena Asarel” and amazes viewers with its scale, beauty and synchronicity of music, light and movement of water jets.

The water columns, which are shot out in hundredths of a second from the fountain's water cannons, reach a height of 30 meters. On a water screen measuring 30 x 15 meters, using a powerful video projector, effects specially developed using video mapping technology are projected. With a video impression of the water wall, the song "Water" by Elitsa and Stundji is broadcast. The musical program of the fountain, called "Water Palette", currently includes the classical works "Ruchenitsa" from the suite "Thracian Dances" by Petko Stainov, "Waltz of the Flowers" from the ballet "The Nutcracker" by Tchaikovsky, "Trish-trash Polka" by Johann Strauss, the iconic aria "Nessun Dorma" from Puccini's opera "Turandot" and "Fotruna" from the oratorio "Carmina Burana" by Karl Orff. Consultants in the selection of the music were the composer Georgi Andreev and the Panagyur musicians Pepa Filina and Veselina Zumpalova-Ralcheva.
